Single-family properties with up to two dwelling units are generally exempt, except properties in the Residential Infill Development Overlay District or with a required tree plan approved by the Mayor and City Council.
Boundary check: A Marietta mailing address may be outside the City of Marietta municipal boundary and instead fall under Cobb County or another authority.
