How Estimate-Request Information Is Used

This notice describes the current Appalachian Tree Service website form and optional photo workflow. It does not authorize unrelated marketing use.

Information collected

Estimate forms may collect your name, phone number, optional email, property address or service city, ZIP code, referral source, job description and optional tree or property photos. The site also records the form family, originating page and page city so the request can be routed and audited correctly.

How it is used

The information is used to save and review your estimate request, contact you about the requested tree work, assess the submitted description and photos, maintain lead records, troubleshoot delivery problems and prevent duplicate submissions. It is not sold through this website.

Where it goes

A confirmed request is stored in the website database. An email copy is sent exclusively to ryan@appalachiantreeservice.com. Optional photos are stored separately in the site storage service and referenced through opaque, time-limited access links. Page-view analytics may record that a page was visited. The site also records telephone-link clicks and durably accepted form submissions using only a broad page family, form family and delivery state. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, service cities, descriptions, originating paths and photo tokens are excluded from those event payloads.

Photo access and retention

Unsubmitted upload references expire after approximately one hour. Once a photo is connected to a saved request, its access link expires after approximately 30 days. Access is intended for the owner and authorized team members handling the estimate. The current storage helper does not expose automated object deletion, so link expiry removes normal website access but is not a guarantee that the underlying stored object has been physically erased at that moment.

Lead records and requests

Lead records are retained for operational follow-up and business recordkeeping. To ask about, correct or request deletion of information submitted through the website, email ryan@appalachiantreeservice.com or call (404) 409-9926. A request may be retained when required for legitimate business, safety or legal recordkeeping.

Questions before submitting?

You can call instead of using the form, and photos are optional.
