Safety Comes Before Cleanup

After a storm, a tree may be under tension, hung up in another tree, resting on a structure or close to a utility line. Keep people and pets away from the work area and do not cut or move a tree touching a power line. We can discuss the situation and identify the next appropriate step.

Keep clear of downed utility lines and call the utility provider
Use 911 for an immediate life-safety emergency
Photograph the area from a safe distance if it is safe to do so

What We Review in Smyrna

Step 1

Site conditions

We consider access, slope, structures, landscaping, fences and the position of the tree or debris.

Step 2

Tree and utility hazards

We identify visible hazards and explain when utility or other specialist coordination is needed.

Step 3

Removal and cleanup scope

We discuss controlled climbing or rigging when appropriate, hand-carried debris and dump-trailer removal according to the agreed scope.

Insurance and documentation

We can document the visible work scope and provide an estimate for review. Whether storm damage is covered, and what a carrier requires, is determined by the property owner’s policy and insurance company. We do not promise coverage or claim outcomes.

Storm inquiry hours

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM for normal operations and dispatch. Saturday–Sunday: Weekend calls accepted for urgent storm inquiries and estimates. There is no after-hours nighttime dispatch.

Response time depends on availability, weather, access and job conditions. If the site presents an immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate utility provider first.

Oak Canopy Raising for Sunlight — Smyrna, GA

These oaks were so thick the homeowner couldn't grow grass underneath. We raised the canopy and thinned them out to let the sunlight pour through. Climber went up on ropes, made precise cuts, and we carried everything out by hand.
